Annual eye exams are an essential part of a person’s annual health plan. Along with our yearly physical and dental exam we should remember that our eyes provide a window to the health of our bodies and an annual, dilated eye exam is an essential component of preventative healthcare.

Very informative! People are usually very lazy at having eye checkups! Not realizing that prevention really is the better cure!
There should be more awareness campaigns about this!

I agree also. Preventive eye care, just as all other health care, is imperative. When problems/disorders are found early enough, that can very well be the key to future health.
It is also important to have an eye health exam every year. Look for a local eye doctor in your area.
