Total Eye Care was started in January 1995 by Dr. Richard Driscoll offering comprehensive eye care for your entire family.  Total Eye Care’s first office was located at 5005 Colleyville Boulevard. In November of 2004, Total Eye Care expanded to a second location at 1834 Keller Parkway in Keller, Texas.

After more than 13 years, on September 2, 2008, Dr. Driscoll relocated the Colleyville Total Eye Care location to a new, freestanding building located at 6114 Colleyville Boulevard.
